I never leave reviews but I must for this place. Awful service. Never would I go there for anything again. Do not recommend. Overall awful customer service, very dismissive and unhelpful man works there, and dirty furniture for a fairly high price. When I first phoned up and asked if they had electric cookers available they said “yes we do have them” and when we went to the store the next day and said “we phoned about the electric cookers can we see what you have please” the man said very sarcastically “I said we do them, not that I had any here right now”?? Not a great first impression because he was quite rude and had led us to believe they did in fact have them. but we let it slide. He found one electric cooker and I also needed a fridge freezer. The fridge freezer absolutely stunk. Don’t know how they could sell it in that condition (it wasn’t cheap for a supposed ‘charity organisation’). They said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. The delivery day comes and I phone to confirm the time - they say between 1 and 7. It didn’t arrive. I phoned up and asked after it they said they were running late it could be after 9 o clock. No apology. I said to bring it tomorrow instead. Same thing happened the next day. The man was very very rude and dismissive on the phone when I was clearly concerned about getting my furniture delivered. A few times he said he’d call and let me know what was happening and where the driver was (I was up late at night waiting for it) and he just didn’t phone. Kept going back on his word. I seriously thought they were a scam at one point. I finally had to call it a day and phone up for a refund. No apology. didn’t acknowledge what a waste of time it had been. And didn’t tell me why they hadn’t been able to deliver it. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give minus points I would. I purchased a sofa set during lockdown on April 13th. Happy to wait until lockdown restrictions were lifted I waited until August with no contact or updates. I was then promised it would be delivered on 3 separate occassions, two of them taking time off work to enable this. After waiting in no phone call or updates I finally asked for my money back. Even though I had paid through paypal in April they wouldn't give me cash and now 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my paypal account to be refunded. As I had to make all of the calls chasing this up, no return calls and no apology I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole now

Excellent service both in store and from the delivery drivers, even though they didn't arrive till 7.30 pm they were still very helpful and polite. Keep up the good work
