Outstanding service from the first day of browsing, there was no pressure just friendly knowledgeable staff. On booking a time slot to start my hunt for my wedding dress i had a few dresses jotted down ready, when i was shown to the dressing area all dresses were ready & my experience was just fantastic! My young child was with me but nothing was too much trouble which made my appointment even easier whereas some other bridal shops frowned upon the need for him to be there with my immediate family. On that visit i found my dress, my beautiful wedding dress, even then the ladies kept checking i was sure advised to look elsewhere before i parted with money but i was sure, the whole journey so far has been incredible iv felt like a princess everytime & they all know who i am when iv been into the shop. Customer service goes a long way & i am proud to say they have looked after me with my big day impeccably. I will continue to recommend to everyone!

Bit of a rip off, staff really nice and friendly though. Nice dresses but expensive.
The staff have been very friendly and attentive. Just had my second fitting and have been so pleased with the service so far. I can't wait to wear my dress.
Lovely dresses, friendly and professional staff who go that extra mile to make buying your wedding dress special. The first place i went to find my dress and bought the first one I choose and tried on. Would definitely recommend.
Really friendly and patient service. Unfortunately the price of the dresses was out of my budget, most were 500 but the lady was ever so patient, willing to let me try stuff on. Really lovely changing rooms with plenty of room for family and friends to join you.
