I placed an order via email requesting that it could be printed the next day. Several days later my order was not ready, I called and spoke with an employee and asked them to cancel my order that I did not need it anymore, I had it printed somewhere else due to the time frame in which I needed it. The next week they called me to tell me the order I canceled was ready and requested payment. I explained the situation and that I canceled the order due to a mistake on their end. the woman on the phone demanded that I paid for my canceled order, when I told them that I would not, it was explained me that I would have to pay 45 for an order that I had canceled, before I could place another order with them. The entire situation was handled very unprofessionally.
