I had difficulty finding a florist or garden centre to send a winter hanging basket to my mum in Wales. I contacted Wendy on the off chance and she was amazing and really helpful! The end result was better than imagined and very reasonable price wise. I would definitely use them again as they also trade near Pontypridd which is what I needed.

Last week I ordered a funeral basket of flowers from Bluebells and could not of been happier with the bespoke and personal service that I received. The flowers were beautifully presented ( even the funeral director commented on them) and the colours were sympathetic to the occasion. Excellent customer service and unbelievable value for money, I would definitely recommend.
I ordered a wreath at short notice and was very pleased the flowers were beautiful and it was a very good size at a reasonable cost I will definitely be using Bluebells again and will recommend to family and friends...thank you so much.
I cannot recommend Bluebells highly enough. This is the second time I've bought a bouquet, short notice for same day delivery, and I have been delighted with the amazing service and quality. I have bought from most florists in Barry and have always been disappointed with the quality and quantity of flowers, especially when you consider how much you've paid for them and the service hasn't been great. I've often had to be apologetic for asking for same day delivery! What a difference with Bluebells. So helpful, created a new bouquet for me that was different to the website and icy a lovely lady. What really made it special was that Bluebells even sent me a text with a photo to show me the bouquet before it was sent and they were beautiful! The bouquet looked far more expensive than I'd paid and it cost me less than other florists including delivery! So, so impressed and I will never be buying from another florist again! Thank you so much.
