Assistant Manager and manager shout at you in front of customers on the shop floor and tell you to get upstairs and leave the customers as they want to talk to you Worst thing is about volunteering at Bluebell Wood manager leaves are you on your own while she gets her hair done and she tells you if you if phone rings tell tell them I've popped out for 10 minutes and some donations sent to the shop if they haven't got room they put them in the bin
