I have recently been in to have a look at a Jag as I’ve always dreamed of one. Me and my wife would like to thank Joe personally, his customer service and knowledge of the cars in the showroom is incredible every question we had was answered with great description. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish Or at least i thought. Changed review after giving the benefit of the doubt for a month but still not had the result promised! we were promised 2 working keys and after several conversations and Emails the spare has still not arrived. But the most frightening thing to look out for is the fact that due to covid and less paperwork handling within 24 hours of collecting the car i was sent an order form which i was told had been forgotten about could i please electronically sign and return. No problem i thought till i looked at the whole order form and found that i had \ordered a 350 Gardx valeting and body treatment pack\ and it had been added to my finance!(350 over 5 years !!!!!) this item had never been discussed before hand yet alone ordered (and even worse the product had not even been supplied or used on the vehicle). i brought this to the attention of the salesman and left the order unsigned, i was told that he would speak to the sales manager and get back to me. i have since asked 3 times about this and still have not received an answer, leaving me no alternative but to speak to the finance company and trading standards, i have given them a month i will give them a further 7 days. Such a shame as the car is great but the service is letting them down.
