This place is a must visit. We received a warm friendly welcome at the door and were served patiently as we weren't sure what to have, being first timers. Simply put, the food was outstanding. If you go before 11.30 I can only recommend the full Welsh breakfast. It tastes even better than it looks! Also the caramel hot chocolate was delicious and I'm told the granola yoghurt thing that my GF had was great too:) Great vibes here. Highly recommend!

I didn't visit the cafe part on this trip so can't really comment on the food side of things, however I did pop into the beer room part this past Saturday to stock up on nice beer for Xmas. Good selection of beers, some local some from further afield. I picked up a mix of Wild Horse, Polly's Brew, Atom, Verdant, Neon Raptor, Deya, Wylam and probably some other's whose names escape me. There's not too many places in this corner of the world to get really great beer so definitely get here if you're into that kind of thing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too, what's not to love.
Fantastic service and very COVID friendly. Did not have to book but would suggest doing so in busy times to guarantee a table as it can be busy. A fantastic choice of lunch and breakfast foods with assorted vegan friendly choices as well as ample choices for any meat-eaters. Would absolutely recommend the salt and pepper chips, they are divine.
The most incredible cafe. Food was so tasty - salt and chilli chips were class. Staff lovely.
Good food atmosphere and tea selection, frequented here a bunch big fan.
