Having recently moved into a new property with a run down hot tub in the garden, we needed advice on how to get the tub working and getting the water balanced. I called Andy from Blue Rock Pools because of a recommendation from a friend. Andy spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me a beginners guide to setting up and balancing a hot tub. I was so impressed with the customer service I received that I drove down to the shop to buy the chemicals I needed. In the shop both Andy and Jane again talked me through the Do's and Don't in getting my hot tub up and running They also gave me some advice involving cabbages to lower chlorine levels which sounded like a joke but actually worked a treat!!! Since getting my hot tub up and running, the pump has broken. Again after a phone call to Andy and Jane, they have gone out of their way to advise me on which pump I need. I could not be happier with Blue Rock Pools and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new hot tub or anyone needed advise or servicing to give them a call.

Over the moon with our purchase of the hot tub from blue rock pools ltd. What a excellent service we had from Andy & Jane, the delivery was so professional with no hiccups. And Andy,s knowledge was outstanding with 100% support day or night. What a great experience of after a long day to unwind in your very own hot tub and star gazing into the night sky.
Our Antigua Spa has recently been installed and it’s a dream. We have wanted a hot tub for many years and are so glad we finally invested. The relaxation and massage is amazing. Would definitely recommend purchasing your spa from Blue Rock Pools, Andy and Jane are great. They are friendly, helpful and caring. On the day of install Andy was great at explaining what every thing was and how it worked, nothing was too much bother. Jane always responds quickly to any questions we have and welcomes us to contact her any time, which brings great reassurance in the aftercare.
Excellent service and reasonably priced. Inherited a hot tub when we moved house which wasn't heating. Not one of Blue Rock Pools hot tubs but they replaced the pump (after checking it wasn't repairable) which got it up and running. I would definitely recommend.
A big big thank you to Jane & Andy for recommending the Artesian Nevis Spa to us. They took their time in explaining the different spas to us and gave no pressure to buy. We had a long wait due to Covid but Jane was brilliant in giving us regular updates. Well worth the wait spa fantastic massage settings a dream. Andy was amazing for installing this for us in freezing conditions. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and I would highly recommend them.
