Barbie and Brian at Daffodil Hill Farm Romantic Carriage House were wonderful hosts. They were very hospitable and kind. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Our stay there was nothing short of peaceful, relaxing, serene, restful, and romantic. We were very impressed by and pleased by the fact that breakfast items were provided for the week. We loved having farm fresh eggs, potatoes, quality bacon and sausage! Not to mention the fresh bread made for us when we arrived. Additionally, the entire space was very clean and tidy. It was spotless and so put together! All the details and decorations are very cute and well thought out. This carriage house is definitely a romantic, southern shabby chic, location to stay! This carriage house is perfect for a birthday vacation, anniversary trip, honeymoon, etc! We also loved the carriage ride around the area. It was so enjoyable to get to know the hosts while seeing beautiful views. Aaron and Moses did a great job pulling the carriage ;) and are gorgeous hard working horses! Everyone we met on the property was so kind and inviting. Our favorites were the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom and the large double shower! These features are worth the stay and made it all the more relaxing and romantic. Lastly, the carriage house is centrally located to many shops and restaurants in down town Blue Ridge! There is a Walmart and Ingles grocery store close by too. The best part was all of the waterfall hikes in the area and it’s so worth driving 20-40 minutes (in town or in Tennessee) to see those views!

Brian and Barbie are the friendliest folks we met during our Christmas vacation. Barbie showed us all around their mini farm and treated us like family. The carriage ride in the brisk December air was amazing and definitely put us in the holiday spirit. The mini donkey and pony where the cutest thing ever, especially when the donkey had his hat on. Brian had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing the whole time. Hope to visit again next year, possibly during spring or fall.

This place was amazing!! They are the most caring, loving strangers I have ever met. I went on a solo trip for my birthday they made me feel welcome, took me to get coffee, prayed for me, and even wanted to feed me. The daughter hope went with me to the movies so I wouldn’t have to go by myself. We still communicate to this day. The view , the farm, the mountains, the horses omggg it was just amazing!!! They love God and I do too and I love being around people who are not afraid to share that love with anyone!! This is a hands down must see. I would visit again just to see them..btw I miss you guys already!!!

If you are a Bible believing, God fearing, hard working, gun toting, red blooded American, you will absolutely love what Barbara and Brian have done with their little piece of heaven outside of Blue Ridge. The Carriage Cottage ia absolutely beautiful, and the chapel that they built by hand is a fine piece of art!!! They have been really blessed, and are blessed to be giving back by allowing people an opportunity to experience what they get to experience every day. They are excellent hosts, and a real pleasure to be around. If you get an opportunity to visit, they will not disappoint!!!

We were in town to visit my inlaws and they suggested we do a \carriage ride.\ This was so much more! The farm is well kept and the animals are very friendly. This is a very tailored experience. Barbie and Brian went out of their way to make sure our 3 1/2 year old was having a blast. The carriage ride was unique and memorable. We took lots of pictures and made a memory.
