Food was absolutely disgusting and cold. The girl on the phone taking the to-go orders, Grace, did not pay attention to the order and it was screwed up. Called to inform them of their mistake, was given excuses by Jess (if I recall her name correctly) about a certain item. The food used to be good, but has gone downhill tremendously. I would NOT recommend going here. Don't bother asking for a manager, because there is no manager, just an employee pretending to be one. My family and I will NOT be coming back

As you can see I barely ate my food last time I ordered from here. The rest went right into the trash after this picture. I ate the potato salad, which was decent, and half a piece of brisket. The mac & cheese was burnt and tasteless. The brisket was dry enough to choke on and my roll was rock hard. It's like the entire meal had just been sitting out all day before they gave it to me. Just disgraceful. The only reason I'm not giving 2 stars is because they actually have good wings.
My 'go to' place when I don't feel like smoking my own meats. The ribs are delicious and the wings make you want to smack someone's mother
Solid BBQ with great onion rings. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit (or two). Next time I will stick with the brisket, but skip the pulled pork to try something else.
Love the food! The staff is always great here but Linda is amazing. She always makes me feel welcome, is accommodating and I can feel her smile through her mask! She makes all the customers in the building feel the same way. Thank you Linda and the staff at Blue Ridge on Timberlake!
