A weak system pump was quickly diagnosed and then replaced less than a week later. A boiler service was completed as well and now the system is in good working condition.

Within 3 weeks of contacting Blue Flame my new boiler was neatly installed, the old system completely removed and even installed a radiator that I had pre-purchased free of charge. These guys are reliable, tidy and incredibly good at their job, all done by people who are approachable and knowledgeable. In all the works I have had done I have never felt as confident as I did with Garry and the rest of the team. Every step of the way, details were given to me freely and honestly making sure I got a personalised system and service for a price that beat everyone else I had gone to. No extra sell or mystery charges, everything was explained and customisable. All in all, professional, personable and reliable. I was having problems with my boiler over pressurising and leaking water, I emailed blue flame solutions and within minutes Gary had replied and arranged to come later that afternoon, he quickly found and rectified the problem. 5 star service which I would highly recommend.

I contacted Blue Flame as I was carrying out some house renovations, and wanted to upgrade my 20 year old boiler with a new and more efficient model. I also wanted the boiler moved to a new location. Garry came to survey the property and offered some great advice and information which helped me to make a decision. The quote was received by email within a couple of days. This included a breakdown of all the requested works, and was very competitive compared to other quotes. The two engineers who came to carry out the installation were very professional, and the works were carried out to the highest of standards. I felt confident in being able to leave the property whilst the works were being carried out. The areas were left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each day. Following installation Garry took time to re-visit the property and run through all of the features/settings of my new boiler, and ensure that I was happy with the installation. A couple of weeks later I also received the Gas Safe and boiler warranty certificates as promised. I would gladly hire Blue Flame to carry out further works in my property, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
