From the first telephone call to collecting when the car was repaired the staff were professional and friendly. The car was repaired in the time specified and done to a high standard. Have used Blue Edge for over 12 years and never had any issues. However, recent experience was very poor. Lack of communication leading to an unexpectedly high bill. Took over a month to get our vehicle back, staff seem to lack the experience to complete work.
Excellent service, great staff & very competitive prices. As I run a small buisness finally a garage that understands my needs and the importance of keeping my vehichles on the road they always manage to get me in to keep me moving nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommended.
