I had an issue with my front derailleur and called up to see if it was worth dropping my bike in. We’re in lockdown, so I was expecting a queue or a long wait, but got my I bike in that morning and it was fixed by lunch time! Very happy with the quick, good value and efficient service. I’ll definitely be using blue door bicycles again :)

Booked at appointment two days prior during the second lockdown. Came in on the day and was greeted by Lee who pushed my appointment to the front as I was in a rush. Performed a full service, refitted a couple bits (didn’t charge for fitting) and gave a full clean. Quality service, expert impartial advice and performed speedy but reliable work. Would highly recommend as a regular go to.
Hadn't had by bike serviced in over a year and a half, was able to book in 2 days before and my bike was sorted within the day. These guys were super friendly, and with everything that needed to be done the service was reasonably priced. Downside: I now burn 300 less calories on my commute haha. Great job!
Had my bike serviced (they had a good value winter deal) and the bike was returned promptly and now runs really well. They didn't charge for replacing a couple of nuts. Bit of a walk from where I live but would definitely take my bike back there. Friendly service too!
Had a not so pleasant experience with another local bike shop so I gave this one a call as I was having issues with my derailleurs. Spoke to Lee on the phone and he invited me in. He was very polite and, most importantly, he fixed my bike very swiftly (no more than 20 minutes for my issue)! Bit further from my house than the other shop but Blue Door is definitely my new go to shop. Great customer service goes a long way.
