Amazing what these people do! I was sat out side for 45 minutes waiting for my cat and didn't see one person pay for there pets treatment or prescriptions. Absolutely disgusting, I know its a charity, but someone has to pay for it

We ended up waiting 3 hours altogether! The vet didnt even know what breed my dog is, she's a German shepherd cross whippet. instead of finding out she made out i was a bad dog owner until i told her my dog is half whippet which is why she has arthritis and looks skinny. Just a shame ive waited 2 weeks for a phone call appointment as im having to self isolate due to me having an operation! According to the vet she's in pain and they have let my poorly roxy down this is NOT on!!
Lovely caring. I'd always pay the full price. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my dog
