We were in for our breakfast recently and the best tea house in the northeast has been refurbished. It looks fabulous. Full English was top notch as usual. We’ll be back soon for tea and cake.

Popped in for breakfast after reading a review of the Eggs Benedict on Google. Such a welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and chatty staff. Followed covid guidelines. The review was right, the eggs benedict was amazing! Very happy we found this place and will be back for more breakfast. Highly recommend. The owner Lindsey was fantastic!

Very helpful and friendly lady, was able to provide takeaway drinks and teacakes - the tea was excellent and the coffee very good. We shall definitely go back.
