Good, clean storage at a reasonable price. Efficient and friendly service.
Blue box is excellent. It's in a very accessible location with ample parking. Outside is clean and well presented and so is the inside. Although other storage companies were closer and stay open later I found that blue box offered me the most competitive rates while still being in close traveling distance. The staff were friendly and helpful going through all options to get me the best deal.
Fantastic facility, I always find parking easy, the staff are so helpful, best self storage I have ever used, I recommend them every time.
As a long standing customer of Blue Box Farnborough I have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities. Alicja, Mark and James are always helpful, find the best deals on prices and size of units for my needs and make a point of keeping me informed of anything important. When the unit I was using recently suffered from some water damage due to local flooding they acted quickly in contacting me, gave me clear instructions on dealing with the insurance claim, had removal staff and an electrician available on the day to assist in moving my possessions to an alternative unit and to ensure the safety of my electrical appliances, gave good advice on what items to dispose of and which to rescue and really went above and beyond for several days whilst remaining friendly, professional and polite under difficult circumstances. I would like to thank them sincerely for always being flexible towards my ever changing storage needs and for offering such a personalised service to me. I no longer live in the Farnborough area, but I will continue to use BB Farnborough due to these reasons.
