I've had 2 piercings here and each time they have been lovely, welcoming and very professional. Also, very complimentary, which always makes me feel so good and confident when I leave! After developing some swelling and lumps on my most recent piercing I went back and was greeted by the best care. I had a free consultation where my piercing was examined, it was discussed and the treatment agreed upon and emailed over to me instantly! I paid 35 for my piercing as I wanted a black bar, but it's totally worth it as the after care is amazing and you get post care treatments (salt and tea tree oil) provided. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for piercings now as I've never experienced such amazing after care. And they also always make me feel fabulous so, what more could a girl want!?

The staff are very nice here but pricing can be questionable (10 for a consultation). I understand that COVID has meant prices need to go up but it shouldn’t come at the cost of keeping piercings healthy. I have also received some comments from friends that my piercings aren’t straight. They do sell great alternative clothes and accessories. Overall, it’s a good shop just make sure you’re happy with what you’re spending on a piercing and check ups.
I've had 2 piercings here and the staff members are usually really friendly. However, I went in today to enquire about prices and the lady at the till was extremely rude and arrogant because I said that all I wanted was my earring taken out and not changed therefore should not be charged the same amount as if I wanted my earrings changed. I will not go back because instead of apologizing when I said she didn't need to speak in such an abrupt and condescending way, she said okay and walked away from me. She was so unprofessional and needs to learn how to speak to people using manners. I was a loyal customer for many years but will not go back again because of this - It has really put me off.
Love the out fits you can get in here, dresses with pockets are amazing the style of fabrics are so pretty and a lot of stuff matches which is fabulous, suitable for most age groups too
