One of the nicest and modern FBOs I’ve ever been in. The service and accommodations are great. Everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. They let us take the crew car out for lunch. Very relaxing pilot lounge with recliner chairs you could fall asleep in. If you stop by, make sure to try the Synergy Jet Fuel coffee!

Excellent FBO, period. 100/100 score. While visiting this FBO, the indoor and outdoor staff were both extremely kind and attentive, and treated our Diamond single like we were welcome visitors in all aspects. It’s hard to find FBOs that care about light singles, and I typically receive treatment similar to a second-rate visitor, but not here at Synergy! They treated us just like a G550, provided a courtesy vehicle for lunch, and made great recommendations for food nearby. The facility itself is hands down the most modern and intricately detailed FBO I have ever visited. If you are transversing Illinois or stopping near BMI, do yourself a favor and drop in.
