I SHOWED UP TO THE PLACE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL SESSION AND THE PLACE WAS LOCKED AND NOBODY SHOWED UP. I got a confirmation email the night before and even registered. When I called and emailed nobody replied and overall was a horrible experience. I drove am Hour to get there at 8 am like they promised and was never told the sessions were online or over the phone...

This is a smaller location that's kinda hidden. Very quiet. Lots of parking. They do have some free classes on basic job search skills. I think they suffered a budget cut. Free computers and phone to use for job search. The staff can answer very basic questions if asked. I had a question about unemployment benefits and they just referred me to the states website and number. If you are between jobs it never hurts to check them out. You could find a job lead. Many colleges and training schools heavily advertise here. Don't expect them to hold your hand though. Much of what you get out of this place depends on you and being a self-starter. Keep your expectations reasonable too. Tip: The value village thrift store across the lot is a great place to find a cheap suit or outfit for job interviews. This workforce center is always dead during the week. 1-3 people max is all I've seen.
Don't bother to go there for help!!! Very rude unpleasant people.They don't care about helping. I never felt so embarrassed in my life, i was asking for help with a computer.( Kept being told its not my job).I told them I was one month away from being evicted, please help( in tears at this point). I had the job lined up,passed background check, the pee test, vision test.Just was in need of help on a computer ( some thing a smart phone couldn't do).The office claims to help with resumes.NOT. The staff dont even look at you for fear you have a QUESTION.( and they might have to work) I went there to get help on a computer.This office does nothing but drinks coffee and eats cookies..They don't care about helping me/ you if we ever get a job!! BECAUSE LIKE STEVE,SAYS IT NOT HIS JOB!! Just a update!! I lost the Job due to time of not being compliment with the finished part of application..Also on Friday I expect my eviction notice.. Thanks Again Work Force. For Nothing.
