My eye appointment was Jan 28 2021. Went to Lenses only as I’ve had positive experience with them 2 years before. Asked for the SAME REVO frames and new prescription lenses to be sold to me. Paid in ADVANCE. March 9th still no eyeglasses. Filed a dispute with my credit card company for goods and services never received. This place is not like it used to be. Willing to work with you Steven but for 522.00 in advance I have no eyeglasses and poor communication from your staff I came to you specifically and you photocopied my prescription yourself. Still I have no finished product from your store

This is THE best place to buy contemporary frames with lenses in the area. I have 3 frames that I absolutely love that are original and beautiful. I get complemented often. If you want choice and not ordinary ( which I think they have anyway ) this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed with the customer service. I hope you give it a chance.

Len’s Only is an amazing place to shop if you are in need of glasses, sunglasses, lenses or contacts. I am typically a contact lenses girl but wound up finding two amazing pairs of Coco Song frames at Len’s Only in Avon, CT. This store has a unique selection of frames which were easy to locate and try on. In addition, Paul and his staff were professional, patient and truly kind. The attention to detail is like no other in the Farmington Valley. I have been in the store 3 times to have my glasses adjusted because I don’t like my glasses too loose or too tight. I would not hesitate to purchase from Len’s Only again! I just love this place!

I went to check this place out based on the reviews found on google. I brought my daughter with me because I trust her opinion on what looks good and what doesn't. Anyway, I was not disappointed at the selection of frames we found. Not only was there a great selection but they were classy, modern and beautiful. The best part of our visit was our sales associate Lisbeth. She was welcoming, warm and explained all of my options as well as the process. She helped me choose a great pair of frames and my daughter and I agreed they looked great. Lisbeth wasn't afraid to tell me what looks good and what didn't. If I couldn't bring my daughter with me it would be ok because I would have confidence in Lisbeth helping choose a great pair of glasses.

The Frame I first chose was a contender, but not the one I ultimately settled on. I brought them back when I realized a mistake had been made. These guys were excellent, they patiently worked with me on replacing my glasses with the pair I really wanted.

Love this down town location hidden gem. I work the next block over and stopped in for a peek at some lenses, and ended up finding a great deal! Paul was an excellent help and assisted me in selecting a new pair of frames. I also returned to have my old frames serviced. Super convenient to just walk over and have them ready right away! Definitely returning for my next pair!
