AVOID!! The reviews speak volumes. Ridiculously bad customer service. Argumentative staff. No record of the order. Spoken to 3 different people. They cannot locate the order. Yet they’ve had the money. No initial customer service at all. Avoid

Hauled a rather large tuba all the way down to Stow-on-the-Wold from Cheshire and asked the staff to design a display using the bell of the tuba as a 'vase' (ala Steed's flat). Not your everyday request then, but after about an hour of attention by the manager and her two assistants they came up with this and well within budget. It looks absolutely stunning. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.
This company is an absolute disgrace to the trade. I placed my order in September 2020 and was told it wouldn't be available until December 2020. Now they have emailed to say I won't receive it until February. Phone calls and emails are never answered. I am reporting them to Trading Standards.
Not happy at all. Ordered product 16.10.20 was to arrive 22nd Oct. Am still waiting. Have e mailed tried to phone with no response. This was a mothers birthday present which I had to replace. Hermes have said there is no such tracking number. Looks like they have my money for nothing. Try buying a year in advance you may have some joy so best of luck.
Ordered on January 10th. Money taken on January 13th. When I ordered, they indicated the 5 items were in stock and would arrive within 10 days. Items never arrived. I have tried emailing, calling, leaving messages through website. NO RESPONSE. They took the money a month ago and have not delivered products nor updated their customer (or even responded). My opinion is that this is a scam.
