Absolute five star service. I highly recommend Bloom as was trying to surprise my girlfriend as I know she loves Black Roses. But black roses are extremely hard to find and get hold of, I phoned so many florist in the north of England and down south. It was so hard! No one had or couldn’t get any! I had to do this, I wasn’t given up. You’d do anything for love... ️ Karen and Lorraine was sooo helpful from start to finish. They arranged especially to have this unusual request done from abroad and went out of their way to have these shipped in. I can’t thank them enough. Great service and amazing staff. They made the bunch of 12 Black Roses look beautiful, just like my girl Katie... Thanks guys x

I live I the US and my parents live in Letchworth. I ordered flowers, a balloon and a cupcake for my mother’s birthday. I ordered late at night on a Friday night and they were delivered the following morning. Beautiful flowers and a delicious cupcake. My mother was delighted. I definitely recommend Bloom Florist!
