Came in to look at some paving and chippings. Chap showed us in around the back. Had to go round to front for a quote. Asked for a quote for 36 slabs (lad sarcastically looked and said you just need a calculator!). I said we could have done that, but also asked for a 1/2 jumbo bag of sand, and a jumbo bag of yellow chippings). He wanted to know which yellow, so as they were not marked with any names, we had to walk out and around the back again to show him. He then proceeded to tell us, as we were not trade, they were not doing delivery!. So a complete waste of time, unless you have a vehicle that can fit all that and take the weight). Chap was unhelpful. Follow up Following day went to LBS. Like chalk and cheese. Chap in yard could not have been more helpful, showing us slabs and chippings. Ordered goods as they can deliver all in a few days

Excellent helpful staff, got everything I needed and even helped put them in bags for me and into the car as they were heavy, nothing was too much trouble.
