One of the best meat restaurant of Lyon. After choosing its origin, we were shown the piece of meat that we would eat, with a description of the taste to expect and the living conditions of the cow. We explained the sommelière our taste in term of wine and her recommendation was a perfect match with the meat. The cheese and the dessert were also very high level in quality and taste. We'll come back for sure!

Very tasty, excellent quality meat, with its own butcher but pretty awful serbice. The butcher's shop is opposite and the restaurant is sandwiched between a boulangerie, whose bread they serve, and a cheese shop, who is responsible for the cheese plate. The steak was very good, but woefully underdone for two of our party. Despite explaining how we'd like meat cooked, one person had to send their meat back twice. The staff were always pleasant about it, but it's a shame it took so many goes, despite the initial discussion upon ordering. The waitress who joined in our personal conversation about divorce and children and commented how sad we were making her slightly creeped us out - not sure I enjoy the 4th wall between wait staff and customers being breeched!

Lovely lunch today. Ordered the crab cake and was pleased by the quality of the crab cake, as well as the nicely toasted roll, thick slices of ripe avocado and mayonnaise piquante which accompanied it. The side of veggies was also generous and perfectly ripe. A very good experience! Add this to the best dining view on the street on a tasty Butcher place, and it adds up to perfection!
