Unfortunately I would not recommend ,tho sadly we were never able to attend due to horrific personal situation with a family member, which happened in the week prior meaning we were at hospital . I appreciate no refund, but given it was a Christmas gift for my nine year old as well as me, I would have thought a kind gesture would have been to allow at least my daughter to reschedule but Sadly not , apparently don't forget to pay for insurance ( which was never mentioned to my husband in phone booking!) Complete lack of compassion at all points. EDIT : in answer to the reply below . I did try to arrange a different time for my daughter and I, however I was told this was not possible as our places were booked on that one already and without finding replacements this was out of the question. So clearly saying that we were offered an alternative is a complete lie.

On Tuesday 24th April me & my mother attended the flower arranging course. It was a lovely day. We enjoyed every minute. Waited on by Claire. Nothing was too much trouble. Served beverages and a delicious 3 course meal. Rosemary was an excellent florist & gave us many tips. Thank you for a very enjoyable lovely day.
