Sun Awning motor packed in after 12 yrs. Window Shades supplied and fitted a replacement very quickly and at a very keen price. Workmanship first class. Glad I found this company as two National companies I had contacted, inspected and advised no repair possible and a new awning required at 3k. THANK YOU Window Shades.

Sales guy was professional, quick at measuring and showed us designs and colours. Blinds were purchased and installed 2 weeks later as planned. One of the blinds was the wrong size and this was quickly ordered and 2 weeks later installed. However, the chords on the blinds are all different sizes. We were told it’s for safety. Really? Then why are the reachable windows have longer chords to those that are unreachable? So, Dave told us he would order the chord and come and replace. That was 3 months ago and despite endless phone calls to the showroom from us, and voice messages left, today we were told “still waiting on the order” really? So how can 15 blinds be made to order and installed in 2 weeks, yet a length of chord take 3 months??? My understanding is, you can’t be bothered changing a length of chord. Your after sales is poor and this has let you down massively. We paid you almost 1300.00 and you can’t even look after the issue! From one business to another. If your customer has asked you to sort an issue, do it. This is where your reputation grows and for the right reason. No more excuses. Just replace the chord as you promised.
Just had vertical blinds fitted in lounge and roller blind in extension. Great service, great products, all at a reasonable price. Really happy with the whole package. Totally recommend.
Lovely show room, reception was extremely helpful. So much to choose from! Going back next week with sizes etc. Recommended.
