Iv had to visit walk in twice over last few weeks my last visit Monday 24 th February approx 7.30 pm. Was triaged quite quickly then wait an hour to see Dr. Lidle? He was so caring and professional. I was advised I needed hospital care.he got in touch with QE and I was admitted that evening . Thank you Aileen Henderson

absolutely disgusted. I attended an appointment to see a consultant with my 84year old father on Tuesday their was not a hand sanitisers in sight. I asked a receptionist if they had any and she just shrugged her shoulders. The centre was full of people waiting in the walk in area to be seen by a medic. People were waiting for doctors appointment and various other medical departments. Added to this there were children attending for swimming lessons and people who were attending the gym. Also the on sight cafe was busy. Why are their no hand sanitisers

I visited today, after a visit to a pharmacist at Asda , Metro centre ( thank you dear lady) after a few days of acute pain and not being able to wear any footwear on my left foot, after banging it on a holiday rental bed .! Greeted by a happy, professional, receptionist ( so, sorry , I was in pain , I didn't get your name, young with long blonde hair and occasionally black glasses) swiftly assessed by Fior, then on to Heather ( nurse practitioner) , on to Gill/ Jill in x-ray . Back to Heather , yes , I'm not a fake, I have a broken toe . Thank you all, for your sincere, positive , smiley and exceptional care today . Each one of you where exceptional . I felt, I was only the only patient you had seen that day. ( that takes true skill) all....you dear people , could teach Derbyshire NHS, an awful lot!. Bless you all and my sincere thanks and gratitude. I'm the lunatic with the sandal and winter boot footwear combo .

I had an appointment on Tuesday for and x Ray . The appointment time was 9.25 , by 9.20, the x Ray was done and I was back in my car . I have visited the walk in centre on a few occasions , and have always found the staff and level of service excellent . The staff are very friendly , and appointment times have been more than prompt .
