The Blandford Town Museum is a volunteer run organisation, who do a marvelous job of running the museum, looking after local history and running activities. They're committed to preserving history, while embracing technology to be an accessible local attraction that has deep roots in the local community. Anyone who wants to learn more about the local area should visit the museum, or their website, to learn more about what they do and what they can offer.

A wonderful museum, which documents the towns history so well. The displays are so interesting, and easy to understand. Spent a lot longer there than I imagined I would. The very friendly people who run it are very enthusiastic and knowledgable. A great find.
