I have dealt with Forum Sales and Lettings before both for a property purchase and for a property sale and was very impressed with the service. I have now moved my six rental properties to them for them to manage, and again, very professional, friendly and competent service so far. I would recommend.

Just a quick word to thank Tom and the team at Forum Sales & Lettings. Had a crazy amount of interest in my property and sold within a week! I was kept updated right up until completion, would recommend this firm to family and friends without a doubt.

All smiles yet totally useless about as good as most other agents, told got house, paid deposit then handed in our notice to current landlord then get told sorry the owner wants his daughters friends to have property, no other offers of property, promises of getting back to you but don't, being a local firm thought we'd give them a try?? Save your money and effort, I walk in office pay deposit... I'm mixed race... 2 hours later get told this about property??? Sounds like racism to me?? Draw your own conclusions AVOID THIS RACIST FIRM
Top class service from the team, bought my first buy to let through them recently through the sales side - then returned to Forum to rent my property out and experienced the same level of high service. Would recommend them 100%.
These people will take your money and run away. On the day you move into your property it will be filthy and many things will be broken. You may have to wash down the walls and have the carpets cleaned yourself. They won't even care. Do not use these cowboys, find a private landlord who cares. Enough said.
