Used to love going here, now the lack of good customer service especially from the food preparers in the back is off-putting. Went here last on Tues 2/2 around 7:30pm and the service was just unprofessional.

The is the BEST Wawa in all of the Poconos. During the day, it gets crazy busy and the team keeps everything together, they keep everything flowing. The store is always clean, and the food is always great, even when I stop in at 3 am after work. Someone needs to teach them how to cut quesadillas, though.
Gotta have a WaWa and don't know how to use the machine to order a hoagie? Well, LISA is the BEST, she helped me with the machine and showed me step by step how to use it and I just wanted you all to know that she is awesome! I just came from Wawa getting breakfast and I got waffles with bacon. The bacon was soggy and thin the waffles was hard and burnt.then I got a iced latte with almond milk and Carmel and it literally taste like sweet almond milk. Bad decision to do food here honestly
