I really liked their food but when i went to order today they have doubled the prices. A simple chopped beef sandwich (no sides) cost 10 dollars. an order of that sandwich, a burger and an order of potato salad cost 35 dollars. They're good but not that good. If they go back to charging reasonable rates i might go back

One of the best burgers in town, it's like going back in time to when everything was fresh and delicious! Can't say enough nice things about this family run Houston landmark. Great fries and exceptional onion rings, this was my mom's favorite burger joint. The BBQ is pretty darn good too, everyone loves Blake's. Today's bacon cheeseburger was juicy, flavorful and a wonderful walk down memory lane to the Texas of my youth.
Bomb loaded potatoes! Quaint, small and homey feel. Food tastes home made, fresh and delicious! Been in business for many years at same location, definitely worth the visit!
The owners are wonderful, the food is delicious, the restaurant is always clean and homey. I'm impressed. This is my second time visiting and I brought a family member this time. Next time I go back I'll have to try their burgers since everybody raves about them! I highly highly recommend this place. Locally owned, DELICIOUS food!
Wow! This place was phenomenal. My husband ordered the cheeseburger and he quotes \best burger I ever had\ I ordered the brisket sandwich which was also delicious. But best of ALL was the dessert. You will not want to share your slice. You can tell they cook with lots of love.
