Someone at this agency decided to send me a letter for a quote, I guess since my current policy is expiring next month. So whoever this person was decided it would be so hilarious to put my name as J Lino. I guess the joke is meant to represent Jay Leno. I don’t think this is funny at all and honestly it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried calling them but they were closed. I can’t wait to find out what excuse they have. I’ve included a picture of their immaturity.

We recently had a problem with our mortgage bank not updating our insurance information. We would like to thank Jessica at this State Farm office for all the help she gave us resolving this problem. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After the issue was resolved by her handling it completely, she kept us informed with a follow up call. It is this type of service that would insure that we will continue using this office for our insurance needs. Thank you Jessica - you are awesome!
