I would give 0 stars if this was an option. I purchased an expensive vehicle from this organisation. However, they delivered it to me incomplete. An important part was missing. So important, I could not use this expensive vehicle. As a result I incurred 1000 Pounds in hire transport costs until I got the vehicle fixed myself so that I could use it. Websters tried to blame a 3rd party. When I asked Websters to pay the costs I had incurred they flatly refused. They did not care at all that I was unable to use the vehicle I had bought from them. And did not care that their incompetence had cost me 1000 Pounds. I found their customer service ethic to be non existent. Anyone considering doing business with this organisation should conside this review. If things do not go as planned in the transaction, you will have absolutely no help from them. They have no idea of the after sales concept. They are rude and incompetent. Steer well clear of Websters!

I recently purchased a John Deere lawn mower from this company. They had the one I wanted in stock and after some enquiries, they delivered it two days later, exactly at the time specified. A wonderful company to deal with, a great professional company to deal with and essentially, a great John Deere lawn mower. Thank you to Websters, a great experience.

Had a saw that wouldn't start, they guy there was more than helpful, didn't charge me as I hadn't got the starting quite right, very honest
