From the outset communication with Steffan was excellent. He supplied a beautiful honed granite hearth exactly to our specifications and delivered, brilliantly packaged, to meet our post-Xmas deadline without any fuss. We are absolutely delighted with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Slate & Stone Hearths. We are waiting for the installation to be completed but photo shows work in progress!

Our new honed (5 sided) granite hearth is now safely installed and we're really pleased with it. We received excellent communication all the way through the process and the hearth was delivered via pallet without any hassle at all. I would highly recommend this company for its quality products and excellent customer service. Thankyou Steffan.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the communication was fast and helpful in giving us the information needed to select the product we required. They delivered exactly when they said they would and the hearth came well packaged and looks great insitu in our house. I would not hesitate to suggest friends and family use them. Thank you.
Steffan did a great job with our slate hearth. Great communication, fair price, delivered safely and quickly. Would highly recommend
Very efficient. Easy to deal with re queries via email ahead of purchase. Quicker delivery than expected. Product as wanted and fitted perfectly. Plus better value than other companies I checked. All positive!
