I had an electrician come round, Wednesday 27th January.did the necessary. Turned off my freezer, only to discover this problem the next day. I have called and emailed the letting agents as well as calling Vibrant. Today is Tuesday 9th February. I have had to throw all the food from the freezer in the bin. Was assured by Michelle Tobias for the refund to replace the food. Still awaiting. Appalling service...Secondly the electrician also caused a problem with the shower. Had to wait over a week for them to come look at it. Two different electricians turned up on the same day, only to be told by one of them that it could have been rectified sooner. Poor service. No offer of the loss of service. Would not recommend or use their service ever.

3rd time lucky - NOT! I don't normally write reviews as I deal with them daily in my line of work. But I am absolutely disgusted with the engineer that came out. 1st time he came out he cancelled in the garden and left after being very rude. He then lied to his company about why as we got conflicting stories from the estate agents and then vibrant. He was scheduled for yesterday and I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt and another try wish I hadn't bothered. The engineer was rude to me on the phone, was rude to my partner when he turned up, knocked a painting on my wall and left it without any word (my son told me when i got home as i wondered why it was wonky - that was the nasty house man mummy). He was challenged on his comments from the previous visit and denied all knowledge even though I have proof that this is what he has said - I will also be reporting this to the estate agents. I have never sold a house before and up until Vibrant were involved has been a pleasant experience - not so much now!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN.

Turned up and was abrasive considering she was entering our home she showed no respect towards us, excessive pictures taken of our personal property, the report is not filled out fully and has several spelling mistakes, even the time of inspection is 6 hours out.... I don't know what landlords expect from a property check but if you are looking for a professional, friendly service, with a concise and fair final report, my 7 year old is happy to provide one for half the price and to be honest he couldn't be any less professional than this company....

Please DO NOT USE this company if you are a landlord, this company has forced me to pay 4442.00 plus net work provider charge nearly 6000.00 to carry out works to be legal to the new Government guidelines to obtain a EICR certificate. I was very concerned and I went to shop around in Kettering, one of the Estate agent recommended a local company which has completed the entire work for 2750.00. I do not know if Connells working with this FRAUD company and ripping off the landlords. I am very concerned lost trust in Connells.
