Rude. Spent 55 mins waiting to get in an hour waiting to get on a bay only to be told, trailer is rejected due to condensation on the trailer walls. Further more the staff inside could not have been more ignorant if they tried. Whilst I was speaking to the guy, he completely turned his head and spoke to someone else. Pity transport office workers dont have to drive on the roads for 9/10 hours then they might just think twice about being ignorant ba**ards to truck drivers.
