I spent a lot of money on windows. within under a year the brass work started to tarnish, no furniture to enable the top sash to be pulled open and at least 4 windows the top sash is stuck shut, I can only open them if I go outside and hit the sash quite hard to unstick it. Not impressed.

They don't answer emails. They don't respond to phone calls. This is when you're trying to give them work. Imagine what they would be like once they have your money.
Excellent high quality service . The windows provided are of a superb quality. From the initial visit to supply a first class service. All of the staff are friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
