This is a fantastic pub that not only serves amazingly tasty food it's also dog friendly, we visited not once but two consecutive nights during our camping trip locally. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the landlord unlike some actually cares about his visitors.. well worth a visit and we will be back again in the future..

We went at the start of \eat out to dine out\. Came away with the impression they had taken on more than they could handle. Meals took 2 hours to come (we weren't the only ones) Also, we had booked but no one took our names (not even for track and trace) I have been assured it is usually a very good pub ... just probably best to avoid Mon-Wed.
Lovely pub - great location and a Tesla charger. We walked part of the coast to coast and left our car in their car park for 3 days. The owners were brilliant - they suggested where to leave it so that it was covered by their cctv. When we returned we were able to charge the car for our trip home. Impressive Covid procedures were in place. Thanks for all your efforts!
