Excellent service by all staff. Social distancing measures were in place which made me feel safe. The Optometrist was very helpful with the professional advice she gave. Would highly recommend.

I have been using this opticians since I needed to wear glasses and the only one reason I keep going back is because I like the person who checks my eyes but it stops there. The prices have gone up ridiculously and to me daylight robbery. Next time I will be getting my prescription and going elsewhere to get my lens fitted. And I to didn’t have my glasses fitted properly like I normally do. They put them on normally and then measure them and make sure they fitted properly. I am aware we are in a terrible situation with Covid and the optician that checks your eyes couldn’t of been any closer to me to check eyes so why then are the assistants not checking the glasses fit properly. Don’t open shop if you can’t do the job properly. I work hit the NHS and since last March have not had the privilege of keeping 2 metres apart from patients it’s hands on hit me with positive patients. If these glasses don’t fit properly when they arrive they going back that’s for sure. Sorry but makes me angry when all they have todo is put them on your face and make sure they fit. Wash and disinfect your hands after people I been doing it since March.
