Took my CrossTourer in for a service & MOT. Brilliant professional, courteous service. My bikes a bit of a work-horse, so it gets ridden more than loving care, so I wasn't surprised for them to discover sticking brake pistons and a new head bearing required (not a small job considering all the wiring I have to the front). They pulled out the stops so that it was done just before the long Bank holiday, and it came back cleaned! Thanks guys, great job.

I made an initial enquiry to the sales team to look at buying a CRF 1100L Africa Twin and part-exchanging two bikes. I spoke to Neil who was kind enough to not only put the deal together, but took me at my word when describing my bikes. We communicated a lot, exchanging phone calls and WhatsApp messaging to make sure both parties were kept informed on the progress of the deal, updates and my requirements to make some last-minute additions. The video of the bike just before delivery was a very nice touch! The whole buying was process was flawless, which must’ve been quite challenging when dealing remotely and having Covid to deal with as well. The paperwork was dealt with in good time and the bike was delivered from Blackpool to SE London without any delays whatsoever. The delivery driver spent time with me doing a through handover and even though we couldn’t work out how to switch on the additional lights, Simon sent me a short walkthrough videos to solve that problem. Since owning the bike, I’ve a few follow-up calls and messages which is not only appreciated, it demonstrates that my business was valued. I’d recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a bike and I have no doubt, I’ll be back in touch when I add a Goldwing to my collection! Thanks to Neil for the putting the deal together, Simon for the excellent walkthrough video, Steve for dropping off the bike and the team at the dealership – great job!
