Home heat has been bought out by calor gas My gas ran out on Saturday, phoned to get replacement calor gas was closed Considering people rely on gas for heating being closed on a Saturday could leave people cold for a couple of days Tried calling 3 times on Monday morning, ended up having to call the national customer service number and they put me through, the excuse from the local depot \sorry we're really busy\ Could that be because it is autumn, it's cold and you've been closed for two days? Maybe it could be a good idea to have extra staff on a Monday So after running out of gas on Saturday I finally got my 47kg bottle swapped TUESDAY! Now it wouldn't have been particularly hard for Calor to inform all the Home Heat customers of their takeover and their opening times, I gaurantee I'm not the only one in this situation Really really poor
