Really disappointed with Evans Halshaw ford Blackpool been here a few times now both myself an husband have bought cars from here with no problem but our daughter has just bought a car from here couldn't test drive has it didn't have an MOT then the finance got changed to a different company so ended up taking it out for an extra year which i find strange we were told it was because of black horse being down but i now think that wasn't the case also she wasn't told until she picked up the car it only had one key i thought all cars have to be sold with 2 keys very disappointed as i recommend this place if I'd of known what was going to happen i would of told my daughter to go else were i have since rang to discuss the key but i am still waiting on a call back .

Really helpful team here, not pushy but very professional.
I saw a car online that I liked, was emailing the guy and he would respond pretty quickly. After buying the car 25 miles into my journey the engine warning light turns on. I emailed the feller and I've had no response for 2 days now. Please please please don't buy a car from these people, they are con men. I wish I went with other peoples reviews and my gut instict that I shouldn't have bought it.
Bought a Fiesta ST from Blackpool Evans Halshaw 9 months ago. Said it was fully MOT’d but had loads of faults which made it unroadworthy including a broken windscreen and rear windscreen wiper and I’m STILL waiting for the windscreen to be replaced!!! Have rang every month to speak to someone and they don’t ring you back. I would never ever buy anything from them again the after sales is beyond awful, come on get a grip Evans Halshaw
Really friendly people much better than Arnold Clark go out of there way to help and sell the car you want to buy not buy what Arnold Clark want you to buy. So fully recommend
