Best thing about this company is the employees. They are honest down to earth and seem happy to be there. Next best thing is obvious. Prices.... Cheaper on line. If you ever deliver goods to this company expect a quick professional turnaround including banter. I always drive away after delivering goods happier than when I arrived. Location very good. More than enough room for a 45 articulated lorry to spin round. If u deliver here ring them before you get there to aquire access code for the security barrier that protects the business park

FAULTY PRODUCT - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID Bought Christmas lights and they looked great, to begin with, they were nice and bright but after 2 days of being up, a big strip of lights failed. Reported to the supplier Cheaper Online LTD, that they were faulty, and they agreed on a return. They then emailed me to tell me they received the product, they tested them, and they were working fine so they will not be issuing a refund. As you can see in the photo, they are clearly not working correctly. What makes it even worse, they refused to return the product to me?!? Very questionable way of doing business. Avoid Cheaper Online LTD at all costs! (Judging by other reviews online they seem to sell a few faulty products but refuse to take ownership. AVOID THEM AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Bought a Kingfisher loveseat from them which came with two broken parts, on closer inspection the seat has very bad joints on all sections where you can slide a piece of paper between the joints which comprises the joints and allows water ingress which would result in possible injury if the joint failed. Apparently cheaper online ltd are infallible so wont pay for the return costs so am awaiting Amazon to refund.

VERY HAPPY! TOP SERVICE! After being let down multiple times with delivery by another company we urgently needed a Christmas tree I looked everywhere but there where no decent ones we could get quickly. Then I came across a gorgeous Tree on ONBUY from CHEAPER ONLINE LTD I messaged COL to see if they could get it to us quickly, who where only more than happy to help and they came back to me straight away, very quick communication and service I had my tree within 2 days, the children are absolutely thrilled we can put our tree up this weekend! No stressing this week anymore. Thank you guys much appreciated, keep up the good work

Unfortunately cheaper online ltd believe themselves to be above the consumer rights act 2015. Faulty/broken item received and cheaper online refuse to cover the costs of a return courier, thus meaning the buyer is out of pocket by at least 30, which is against the consumer rights act. Fortunately for me trading standards are helping me deal with this unethical company, and now Amazon themselves have agreed to cover these costs. Avoid unless you have money to burn on unusable items and fancy wasting your time dealing with companies unable to follow a simple consumer law
