Money be better spent in Blackpool by overhauling the council in all departments. Getting phones answered. Teaching manners to employees when the tenants ring for advice or problems. And properly dealing with issues. Stopping begging in the area. Sick of going in to Blackpool town centre constently pestered by so called homeless. It should be turned into a no begging zone.

Social services are run from there...bad service with no manners and far from being understanding. Also tell lies and twist your words to suit their agenda...My advice would be never let them in you home, and never sign their paper work .
