We would never use these people again total lack of service and totally unreliable After ordering the hoist we needed over a month before our trip and speaking to Les we were told to call on our arrival at the hotel and we were to bring our own harness which we did . i had a few conversations with Les before hand and said it had to be a hoist to get my mother to a stand position and not a hammock hoist . on arrival i rang Les and there was no answer i also text messaged a few times then as time went on we ringing eventually we got hold of Les and he said he would deliver it and call me half an hour beforehand ,i received a call to say he was there at the hotel waiting but as i had had no warning we were out so then had to come back to the hotel . i paid in cash as he said the hoist was already in the room ,when i checked it it was an old rusty piece of equipment and totally the wrong hoist which wouldn't fit our harness i said it was no good and he said is your mother a big lady ? he said it would get her up out of the chair then left .Mum by this time had been in her chair all day and needed to use the toilet and the hoist would not work with our harness so in the end mum said we will have to go back home as we couldn't use another harness from anywhere else to fit the equipment left us due to covid ,finally we hired a vehicle to go back to our house in Manchester and bring the hoist we had a home as i couldn't fit the hoist in my car with the wheelchair at the same time . i rang Les numerous times saying the equipment was in the foyer of the hotel for collection and we would like a refund as it was no good after several texts we still never heard anything from les so we paid cash for a weeks hire of equipment we could not use and to this date still no response or refund have been issued . terrible service and we would strongly recommend not to use them

Dreadful.. Les left me and my 81 Yr old invalid father high and dry on the day of our arrival, (14/09/20) after waiting on a bench outside our hotel for 2 hrs (we couldn't check in until 4pm and had planned to enjoy our day then check in later), the hotel put us in touch with XL Mobility in Cleveleys, a wonderful professional company who I will be using again, they provide a wheelchair at short notice as the booking I made a full week earlier with that dreadful company obviously meant nothing to this man.. I was distraught to find myself in Blackpool with no scooter for my Dad who couldn't walk at all.. No matter how desperate you are.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. YOU WILL REGRET IT, they didn't even have the decency to let me know they weren't delivering the scooter or apologise.

Absolute joke scooter got delivered was told was fully charged lasted 30 mins if that. Fair enough the guy replaced it but even that was dodgy it would cut out when stopped (great for at traffic lights or crossing) NOT. Then you had the problem of reversing you had to go forward to go back again not great all. AVOID like the plague will never ever use again.
Hired scooter to get round Pleasure Beach. Guy was friendly, helpful and scooter did the job fine. Made such a difference to my day out. Much appreciated. :0)
