Asda Blackpool Superstore

Would give 10 stars if I could. Staff always willing to help, and being a regular staff remember and ask how you are when entering and goodbye when you leave.

Some brilliant deals on Wine and spirits here and also a vast fantastic range of great products at cheap prices by far the best supermarket of them all

This is by far the worst Asda I have ever been in, the staff are absolutely shocking! I leave reviews to help people find hidden gems and so everyone has an idea of what to expect....don't expect much from this store. After a third negative experience I complained to head office, their response was quick but it does not make up for poor customer service and rude staff (including the store manager) whom I asked to see, unfortunately she was too busy to see me and sent someone in her place even though I specifically asked for the store manager! I'll never go in this store again, it's the absolute worst. I told head office plenty of people are currently out of work and it would be a good idea to get rid of the staff who clearly don't want to be there, hopefully they listen.

Again a sign that the supermarket chain if as a shoes no sign of fading and with it vast amounts of ability to buy anything you can possible need plus a friendly staff and a cafe if you fancy a bite to eat. Plus with handicap access for parking it massive and fully stock 5/5 Would definitely recommend

Cant fault the place. Always well stocked, tills are usually available. Personally I use the scan and pay option which is even quicker. We shop here a few times a week.
