purchased a large order, and with the help of FedEx it never arrived, after FedEx sent confirmation emails saying that it had been... Luke followed through from ArtDiscount to find out my package had not been delivered and was still sitting in a van. A weekend later and the package arrived. Had issues with FedEx before, will (personally) never use again. i WILL use ArtDiscount again. So thanks Luke! i owe you a beer.
