DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE! My parents bought a car from this garage earlier this year in good faith. They have suffered nothing but problems. Week after week they have had to make phone calls, send emails and visits the garage to try and get the identified problems resolved. Things only seem to get worse not better. Due to a mixture of incompetence, poor communication and a lack of compassion, the car is still not in full working order. They bought the car from here as they thought that this was a reputable dealer. They were of the understanding that it was worth paying a premium, to purchase a reliable car, with the reassurance that if there were any problems that these would be addressed. They were wrong. They are extremely disappointed by the service that they have received. They have learned an expensive lesson. I only hope that at some point that they will be able to have their car on the drive and it be in working order.

Sales guy was rude to my friend, and even though car was advertised as being in Blackpool wanted to charge my friends over 300 to bring from Scotland. Total rip off do not recommend.
Had my van 2 days couldn't find fault when I went to pick it up technician finally tells me ther is a falt had to come away not fixed no free health check video very upset with dealership
