Went to look at washing machines. Pleasant staff member gave me lots of info about the various makes and models which enabled me to choose the best one for my family requirements. I was delighted when it was delivered promptly the next morning at the time stated. Again after it was fitted, I was given lots of helpful tips about the model and the old machine was taken away. I would highly recommend this family run shop over the larger stores. Excellent service and a nice friendly team.

Needed a new part for my tumble dryer as it was not heating up. They had parts in stock, but were very abrupt to the point of being rude Although I gave them full details ie model number and serial number, they told me they needed part number and once I took it out of the shop they would not entertain returns or refunds even if it was the wrong part or faulty. This is clearly contrary to Sale of Goods Act, and even suggesting no returns is an offence. Do not expect any advice here. Extremely unhelpful Called Indesit who were most helpful and sold me the right part immediately

Our oven stopped working 3 weeks ago so the first thing we needed to do today once non essential shops were open was to buy a new gas cooker and we decided to try Euronics Blackpool. This was a brilliant decision and we found just what we were looking for at a very competitive price. The staff were exceptionally friendly, informed and helpful. Excellent!

Wonderful family run service. We needed a new oven. My wife and I were met with a friendly atmosphere, got what we needed with a very good price. Despite them not having the particular model we wished for in stock at the time that we went in the shop, it was ordered installed and our old one recycled within 24 hours. Excellent service could not hope for more. Thank you
