Arrived to make booked collection a little early. They had me wait until a little after the booking time even though was first of the day! Then hey said they \had nothing for me\. Sales had not arranged the collection only the booking time? Eventually, after a 30 minute wait, goods arrived to my van and the guys helping to load were courteous. During the wait they carried on dealing with other customers by and large ignoring distancing.
